NO WORRIES if the flawless and faultless are rare in this world. According to an Egyptian proverb, "A beautiful thing is never perfect."
The idea of perfection charms us but, honestly, aren't our shortcomings motivating and life's blots and blemishes sometimes quite interesting? Here are a few photos of the "imperfects" I came across recently.

ReplyDeleteI know I've commented before on this post, but after I did so, I thought about an old favorite song, Leonard Cohen's Anthem "Forget your Perfect Offerings... there is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets through...." I went to YouTube and listened to it, thought I should let you know what your post reminded me of!
