THE FULL MOON at my kitchen window was a tiny orb glowing behind dangling trinkets. Later, the morning sun cast a different light onto my worktable. Photos alone did not express the compelling contrasting effects of the sun and moon so I added a few words as well:
Moon peeks in my
window
Like an eye, rounded
and full
Moving tides and
emotions
Blinded by mystic
swells
Sun creeps by my
curtain
Like an eye, rolling
and full
Beams of light in
motion
Casting a playful
spell
Wonderful pictures and verses!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful ideas. I love the moon, but that ray of sunshine is delightful.

I once wrote a story entitled 'The adventures of Penelope Pudmuddle and her menagerie'.
Isn't that a strange coincidence...its a small, small world after all ;)
This last full moon was so bright. It must have made the crystals in the window sparkle. And the sunshine across your desk feels warm and good.
